come and join me for a wonderful art day...we are making spirit dolls!! and in honor of february...the month of hearts...she will be wearing a detachable necklace!
"my beading heart" necklace is just luscious...you will bead this spectacular piece and the best part is the necklace can be easily removed for you to wear! just in time for valentines day!
but in my book everyday is a day for wearing hearts!
your spirit doll will have a fabric attachment on the back of her head to hang on the wall...or, if you would rather have her stand she fits perfectly on a $4.00 stand...i will try and have a few of these available for purchase at class time.
so...this is a relaxed and fun class...no pressures...
i will provide the basic kit which includes doll base...fabrics, ribbons, beads etc.
if you have any special beads/charms or ribbons that you may want to add - please bring them.
if you have a color preference you can let me know up to a week before the class...after that time if i haven't heard your preference i will go ahead and make up a kit in some sort of wonderful color mix for you...my choice!
you will need to bring:
*your desired beverage for the day...(we will have water and diet pepsi available...if you will want something else please feel free to bring it)
*scissors
*a spool of thread to coordinate with your color scheme...just one color.
*a needle with a small eye to sew on beads...
we will break for a small snack in the afternoon...
as a side note...we do have cats, so if you are allergic to them please bring meds or whatever you need to be comfortable.

the cost of this "art day" is $85.
a $40. non refundable deposit is required to hold your space...we will charge the balance the day before the class, or you can pay cash when you arrive...your choice.
